This was a pretty run of the mill probate, all things considered, and we were happy to help.
This particular probate client happened to also come to us for estate planning as well a few years ago and passed away after a long and wonderful life.
Unfortunately, though, the client didn’t use a transfer on death deed or create a trust for her home, so a probate was needed.
We were actually contacted after the house was already under contract to be sold and needed to move pretty quickly to get the probate filed and opened so the Personal Representative had the authority they needed to finalize the sale.
Fortunately, because we’re awesome probate attorneys, we were able to take care of things quickly and get everything squared away before the closing date.
This is just another example of good work for a good client.
